- Enclosed spaces (tunnels, crawl spaces, boxed areas) should have openings or clear plastic panels to enable adults to view children.
- Playhouses and other enclosed spaces should also have more than one opening that can be used as an exit.
- Playhouses and all equipment should be free of sharp edges, pinch points and crush hazards.
- They must also be free of entrapment hazards (spaces/openings over 3.5 inches and less than 9 inches).
