Correction

Passengers are not allowed to sit up front with the driver. Passengers can fall forward and can distract driver or encroach on driver's space needed to maneuver wagon.

Additional Guidelines and Recommendations

• The driver should be a responsible adult, experienced in pulling wagons.
• If operating a tractor, the driver should have a valid driver’s license.
• Extra passengers are never allowed on tractors.
• The driver should drive slowly and carefully.
• The driver is prepared to stop at the request of the passengers at any time.
